This project aims to implement and optimize a Salesforce CPQ solution to streamline the quote-to-cash process By leveraging Salesforce's robust CPQ capabilities, we will create a centralized platform that enhances sales efficiency, improves quote accuracy, and accelerates deal closure.

• Implement a Salesforce CPQ solution aligned with complex pricing, quoting, and configuration requirements.
• Optimize CPQ configuration and customization to improve user experience and productivity.
• Integrate CPQ with existing systems and data sources to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop custom CPQ functionalities to address unique business needs.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to sales and administrative teams.

Project Scope

• CPQ Configuration and Implementation:
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of pricing, quoting, and configuration processes.
  • Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to support product catalog, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting.
  • Create and maintain product bundles, pricing models, and discounting structures.
  • Develop custom quote templates and document generation.
• Data Migration:
  • Migrate existing product, pricing, and customer data into Salesforce CPQ.
  • Develop data mapping and cleansing processes.
  • Implement data validation and error handling mechanisms.
• Integration:
  • Integrate CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other systems to ensure data synchronization.
  • Develop API-based integrations to facilitate data exchange.
• Training and Support:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for sales and administrative teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

Project Team

Our project team will consist of experienced Salesforce CPQ consultants with a proven track record in delivering successful CPQ implementations. The team will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, team members will hold Salesforce Platform Developer certification and ideally additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
