The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule while collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-quality documentation that meets our needs and deadlines.

Scope of Work:

The selected consultant will be expected to do:

• Research and gather information about the software product, including features, functionalities, and user workflows.
• Organize and structure the Help Manual logically and intuitively.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for the Help Manual content.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and visual style throughout the documentation.
• Conduct usability testing sessions with end users to evaluate the effectiveness and clarity of the Help Manual content.

Deliverables:

• Completed Help Manual document in digital format (e.g., PDF, online help system).
• Any supplementary materials or resources related to the Help Manual (e.g., templates, style guides).

Requirements:

• Timely delivery of drafts and revisions according to agreed-upon deadlines.
